Josephine Giglio is one of New York City's finest Pizzaiola's who got her start working in a number of prominent pizzerias & restaurants across the five borough’s. Born and raised in New York City and coming from a strict Italian heritage, she grew up with a love for all things food. After many years with many accolades for her work, Josie went on to own and operate some of the most well known eateries including Rizzos Fine Pizza and Nina’s Pizza & Pasta, to name a few. Over the years Josie always had one dream, creating her own unique pizza menu which after years of work finally came true. After she realized that she outgrew the four walls around her she decided to hit the road with her mobile wood burning pizza oven and never looked back. Just like that Josie’s Pizza Bar was born. All of Josie's ingredients are homemade and imported from various regions of Italy, always striving to serve the highest quality products possible. She can tell you all about it but truly experiencing the food is the only way you can taste the true difference! Josie's Pizza Bar is special to say the least and a one stop shop for some of the best pizza New York City has to offer!
